How much does it cost?

• Many factors can affect your costs.  Your Care Brands team will partner with you to manage your costs and stay within budget. It will cost on average between $300,000 and $415,000 to open your doors.  This includes your $35,000 franchise fee.
• Franchisees pay a 6% gross royalty fee monthly to Care Brands Systems, Inc.

Do you provide financing?

• Care Brands Systems does not provide financing at this time.

How do I find a location?

• Our real estate team has taken this task to hand and has a full set of criteria for your site selection process.
• Location and demographics are extremely important to the success of your Care Club.  
• We know that properly placed Care Clubs will ensure that the greatest number of members can benefit from our unique senior day care services.
• We know that the right location can provide:
  • • Manageable lease rates
    • High traffic counts for roadway  visibility
    • Easy access for area members
    • Close proximity to planned outings
    • Manageable build out costs
• Care Brands Systems can support approximately 1 center in a 3-6 mile radius depending on demographics and other key criteria
• Our team will partner directly with you to pinpoint areas that fit the site criteria
• We will evaluate the facilities with you, utilizing our 30+ point checklist, to ensure we find the best location
• Our Design & Development Team will budget your build out costs

How does my Care Club Adult Day Health Care center get built?

• Care Club will help you address the unique requirements of your build-out.
• Care Brands Systems’ assists with establishing budgets to refine real estate selections and Modifying layout to fit function and budget
• Care Club has taken the worry out of the design process.  Our team of architects, interior designers, material suppliers and equipment vendors has put together a unique design package that sets Care Club apart from other adult day care centers
• Our design team will visit the proposed sites and ascertain the amount of modification and work that is necessary for it to become a Care Club.  You will be proud to build with our Brand!
• Once a site is selected our Design & Development team will design the space to meet our proven specifications and Brand requirements, always working to keep your project on time and on budget!

How do I learn to operate my Care Club?

• Every Care Club Franchise owner, operator and staff participates in extensive training at our corporate offices in Clayton, Missouri.  Owners and Center Director and Program Nurse participate in Leadership and Marketing workshops. Care Brands Systems offers additional training options for those who would like additional sessions. We also provide support by phone, email and in person whenever needed.

  • • Care Club makes a commitment to its members and their caregivers to provide person-centered care that is second to none.
    • We provide in- depth, exceptional training, education and professional development to all Care Club owners and associates.
    • Our unique training program ensures that members’ medical and personal care needs are met while providing opportunities for social interaction and improving or maintaining their level of independence.
• Care Club believes that each associate contributes something unique to the workplace environment.  As such, we have created a comprehensive HR guide complete with tools to assist in the hiring and staff development process.  We will teach you how to build an amazing Care Club Team including:

How do I market my Care Club?

• We will provide unparalleled marketing assistance to help you drive membership.
• Care Brands Systems has a comprehensive marketing program in place that allows you as an owner to map out your marketing campaign from pre-opening to long after your doors open.
• Each Care Club Owner will be given specific 90, 60 and 30 day preopening strategies to follow as well as comprehensive post opening plans.
• Regional and National advertising campaigns will be run and benefit every Care Club Senior Day Service Adult Day Care Center.
• Each Owner/operator is provided with an extensive Care Brands Systems “Market Your Care Club” Manual that was created specifically to help each director develop solid marketing plans and implement specific objectives with tools that target seniors, caregivers, working caregivers and referral agents.
• Each center will receive initial field marketing support and marketing focal points and useful tools on a quarterly basis that will enable them to build their program and educate their community about Care Club’s quality services.
